Reintegration Support
Our Reintegration Support Programme Rainbow was founded on the philosophy that
Individuals suffering from a Mental Illness after adequate treatment & care; recover & reacquire their skills to live independent lives in society and a group of peers is a highly helpful tool for sustaining this recovery
The group invites those who are on the threshold of reintegrating and those who have reintegrated with the mainstream, to meet monthly and share their joys, sorrows, triumphs and tribulations with each other
Since these individuals are either working or striving towards independence, it is likely, that they may still need a support system to fall back on in times of crisis to prevent the onset of a relapse
The group provides support and offers each individual with a safe space to express themselves freely and source solutions for situations that they find difficulty in coping with
Participating in this initiative reassures those present that no one is alone in the struggle to rejoin society and resume life
