Rehabilitation Support
The Manav Rehabilitation Centre provides rehabilitation services to adults recovering from Mental Illnesses such as Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and other illnesses of a mental nature
The centre is located in the Grant Road area of Mumbai and is open
Monday – Saturday from 9:30 AM – 6 PM
We charge on a “sliding” fee structure that takes into consideration the economic status of an individual & their family
The centre also provides financial aid/travel/food assistance on a need basis

Rehabilitation & Therapy
The centre uses two main methods to approach rehabilitation
“Individual Case Work”
“Group Work”
Individual Case Work involves personalized counseling by a specialized Psychiatric Social Worker (PSW)
The PSW addresses all the rehabilitation requirements and is the point person for the individual and their caregivers
Scheduling and implementing counseling sessions, family counseling sessions, providing updates and feedback to other facilitators and team members on their progress is the PSW's responsibility and integral to individual case work
Group Work involves daily therapy sessions using different intervention techniques
These sessions are facilitated by in-house or visiting expert therapists specialized in a specific area of therapy
